Autochair Gets Set To Showcase The Best of British at Silverstone

3rd May 2016

Vehicle adaptation manufacturer Autochair will be showing off its new branding and demonstrating the life-changing powers of its hoists and people lifts when it sets out its stall at the Mobility Roadshow this month

The company is attending the show on the crest of a wave, having recently undergone a rebranding exercise, upgraded its van fleet and having manufactured and fitted more products into its customers’ cars than ever over the past 12 months.

It will be taking its demo cars to the event, which takes place at Silverstone Circuit from May 26 to 28, to demonstrate its Milford People Lift, which can transfer wheelchair users from their chairs into a car seat and its range of scooter and wheelchair hoists, including its Olympian, which has a lifting power of 200kg, making it the most powerful hoist on the market.

Jules Allen, sales and marketing director at Autochair, said: “The Mobility Roadshow is an important date in our calendar, it’s a great opportunity for us to show visitors first-hand how our scooter hoists and person lifts work and can change their lives.

“We have had a busy year and much of that time has also been spent talking to customers about the effect our products have had on their lives and what they have enabled them to do.

“We’re delighted that the event is being held at Silverstone. We are a proud British manufacturing company and so it’s wonderful to be showcasing our products at the home of British motoring.”
