Silverstone Mobility Roadshow Attracts International Exhibitors, Organisations And Visitors

The Mobility Roadshow 2016 will include an impressive range of international exhibitors and organisations showcasing world-class solutions for global visitors seeking independent mobility (26th-28th May, Silverstone Circuit, Northants).

Since 1983 this unique consumer event has showcased the latest innovations in wheelchair accessible and adapted vehicles along with products and services for people living with disability. Alongside specialist exhibitors from the UK, companies from The Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, Denmark and France as well as Switzerland, The Czech Republic, Israel and America will be attending this year ensuring the 2016 Mobility Roadshow is truly a global event.

Autoadapt from Sweden, is a world leader in vehicle adaptations and supplies a range of assistive vehicle seats, wheelchair lifts, hoists and adaptive driving aids.  An event Gold Sponsor, together with Kivi Cars from Italy and their UK team at Elap, they will be announcing the UK launch of the innovative Turny Low Vehicle swivel seat.

Denmark’s Dahl Engineering will be showcasing a new Heavy Duty Floor Track which is capable of being fitted transversely across an internal vehicle floor, as well as the Dahl Docking Station with automatic lap and diagonal occupant restraint system.

Bever Car Products, who developed the first electronic brake system in the car adaptation market, will be exhibiting from The Netherlands and providing test drives on the historic Silverstone Circuit. Also from The Netherlands, accessible vehicle adaptation specialist B-Style & Flex-I Trans BV will be showcasing their conversion kits which are supplied all across Europe.

From Italy, Guidosimplex will exhibit a range of driving and passenger transfer solutions for people with reduced mobility. A long-term supporter of The Mobility Roadshow, Guidosimplex have established strong relationships with numerous car manufacturers such as FIAT, Renault, VW and Mercedes Benz to name but a few.

Several multi-national exhibitors will also be demonstrating to add further diversity to the 2016 event. Mobility Networks, international vehicle access specialist and event Gold Sponsor, will be attending with PLS (Passenger Lifts Services), Autolift - the leading Italian company in the production of accessible transport devices and RB Systems, Israeli electronics specialist in Secondary Driving Aids. Mobility Networks will be launching pioneering new “Flexi” products including the Flexis Ramp, FlexiWinch and FlexiStep.

In addition, the European Mobility Group (EMG) will be attending The Mobility Roadshow. The EMG was established in 1988 to provide a hub for European companies and organisations in the vehicle conversion and adaptation sector to share knowledge, explore new ideas and develop networking opportunities.
