| NEWS RELEASE: Visit the Mobility Roadshow and Travel Around the World!
| 23 January 2007 - This year`s Mobility Roadshow - 19, 20, 21 July at Kemble Airfield near Cirencester - celebrates a new partnership between organiser Mobility Choice and holiday specialists, Accessible Travel & Leisure.
Accessible Travel & Leisure is creating an exciting and vibrant themed Holiday Village, which will be a major attraction at this year`s show. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet representatives from a selection of hotels, cruise lines, accessible transport and overseas mobility equipment suppliers from around the world. The aim is to raise awareness of the numerous opportunities for holidays and leisure pursuits in both the UK and abroad for people who are less mobile.
Attending are representatives from Egypt and South Africa as well as a number of European destinations such as Spain, Majorca and Cyprus. Attractions and entertainment centres here in the UK are also being invited.
“As UK market leader in accessible holidays, linking with the UK leader in mobility events was a natural for us,” said Andy Wright, managing director, Accessible Travel & Leisure. “Our objective is to provide barrier-free package holidays for our customers whatever their access needs. These can range from wheelchair users to travellers who may find difficulty walking distances and could even include a single parent travelling alone with children. With our help the less mobile traveller can access the world.”

The Holiday Village will feature alongside new Lifestyle, Sports and Fitness zones at this year`s Roadshow which, while maintaining the focus on independent mobility, will offer even wider choice to visitors to this long-established consumer event.
