Suzuki At The 2016 Mobility Roadshow

Suzuki is pleased to announce its presence at the 2016 Mobility Roadshow and have five models on display from their latest range of exciting and fun to drive cars
These include Celerio, Swift, Vitara and S-Cross.
Celerio
Celerio, Suzuki’s latest compact city car went on sale in the UK in February 2015 and the SZ2 model on display is priced at just £6,999. Standard specification is comprehensive and includes six airbags (Driver, passenger, side and curtain), electric front windows, central locking, ESP* and DAB Radio with CD Tuner.
All Celerio models are VED Exempt and offer an EC Combined fuel consumption of 65.7mpg and CO2 emissions of 99g/km. The SZ3 Dualjet model at £8,499 offers even lower CO2 emissions at just 84g/km and a combined fuel consumption figure of 78.4mpg.
Also available for Celerio is Suzuki’s latest development in automated manual gearbox technology. Known as Auto Gear Shift (AGS), this system features an Intelligent Shift Control Actuator that operates the gearshift and clutch automatically. With AGS, the driver can enjoy the effortless driving of an automatic, particularly in city traffic, but without any loss in fuel efficiency or increase in CO2 emissions.
Swift
Swift is Suzuki’s most popular model in the range and is available in five clearly defined specification grades which are SZ2, SZ3, SZ-L, SZ4 and Sport with 1.6-litre engine. On display at the Roadshow is the SZ4 Five door model with optional Automatic transmission - priced at £13,249.
All models offer seven airbags and ESP as standard, electric windows, remote central door locking with deadlocks, electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors and MP3 / WMA compatible CD tuner with USB port.
Vitara
Launched in the UK in May 2015, the Vitara compact SUV has smaller dimensions to meet contemporary needs. It incorporates Suzuki’s cutting-edge ALLGRIP four wheel drive system as an option, has advanced safety and connectivity equipment and is also available with various options to allow customers to personalise their car.
Two examples from the Vitara range are on display; these are the SZ5 1.6-litre ALLGRIP and the recently launched S model with 1.4-litre turbo-charged petrol engine. The Vitara S has ALLGRIP fitted as standard and is priced at £22,249 with the optional six-speed automatic transmission. The Vitara is rated as one of Europe‘s safest cars according to Euro NCAP where it received the maximum 5-star rating.
S-Cross
Suzuki’s crossover model offers room for five adults and one of the largest luggage capacities in its segment at 430 litres. All three S-Cross models in the range (SZ3, SZ-T and SZ5) come with a high level of equipment as standard including seven airbags, ESP*, alloy wheels, air conditioning and heated door mirrors.
The higher specification SZ-T model on display is priced at £19,849 including the optional CVT Transmission and adds satellite navigation with DAB digital radio, polished 17-inch alloy wheels, dual zone automatic air conditioning, front fog lamps, Bluetooth connectivity, rear privacy glass, rear parking camera and rear parking proximity sensors.
At launch, the S-Cross was also rated one of Europe‘s safest cars according to Euro NCAP, where it also received a 5-star rating.
Looking to the future, Suzuki will launch its new Baleno hatchback model in June 2016 and a new Mini Crossover model in 2017 that will have 4x4 capability.
