Want to find out about accessible climbing? Not sure if it's for you?
Each year at the Mobility Roadshow we provide a fully accessible climbing wall, a hugely popular feature enjoyed by visitors of all ages.
Last year we were joined by Nik Royale (pictured left). Nik from North Wales, has a disabling and rare condition described as progressive cerebal palsy. It began to affect him when he was twenty-one and it has steadily worsened affecting his speech, balance and coordination. He has partial feeling in his legs and suffers from spasms that can leave him needing to use a wheelchair for long periods of time. But if you need inspiration to tackle rock climbing, regardless of disability, just click on this link to view Nik's story. If that inspires you to do more, come and try the wall at the Roadshow, just for starters, and meet Nik in person to find out more.
